By creating an account or using Tulip CV Maker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You agree to: provide accurate information; use the Service only for lawful purposes; not share your account credentials; not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
Free accounts are limited to 5 uses of each feature. Premium subscriptions are available on monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) billing cycles. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Failed payments result in service downgrade after a 3-day grace period. All prices are in USD. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Resume content you create remains yours. Tulip CV Maker's platform, templates, AI models, and brand assets are owned by Tulip Coms Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize any part of the platform.
Tulip CV Maker is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will result in employment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
